Terms of Service

MoreClientsCo provides outbound meeting-booking support for accounting firms. Depending on the agreed scope, this may include target definition, prospect research, cold calling, qualification, meeting booking, attendance confirmation, and campaign reporting.

Standard introductory pricing is $0 upfront and $550 per qualified attended meeting. The initial campaign is capped at up to 5 qualified attended meetings in 30 days, for a maximum initial cost of $2,750. Final scope, qualification criteria, and billing terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.

A prospect who no-shows, fails the agreed qualification criteria, lacks a real or plausible need, or does not include an appropriate decision-maker or meaningful influencer is not billed as a qualified attended meeting unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

A qualified attended meeting is a scheduled conversation that the prospect attends and that matches the ideal customer profile and qualification criteria agreed before campaign launch. MoreClientsCo does not guarantee closed clients, revenue, profitability, or specific close rates.

Ongoing services continue month to month unless a different written agreement is in place. Either party may cancel ongoing service with 30 days' written notice. Any unpaid balances for completed work, booked meetings, active subscriptions, or approved expenses remain due at cancellation.

MoreClientsCo works to source qualified opportunities, but business results depend on targeting, market conditions, follow-up, show rates, sales conversations, and client capacity. To the fullest extent allowed by law, MoreClientsCo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the website, campaigns, meetings, or related services.
